30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We stand behind our hosting services. If you are not completely satisfied with your new hosting account within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund, subject to the conditions detailed below.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for services purchased from CloudGud (operated by GudCloudTech LLP). By creating an account and purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligible Services

2.1 New Hosting Accounts

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to initial purchases of new hosting plans (Managed Web Hosting and Dedicated Private Cloud). If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund of your hosting fees.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following services and fees are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain Names: Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are permanent and cannot be refunded once processed.
  • Third-Party Services: Purchases of SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, software licenses, or other third-party add-ons.
  • Renewals: Invoice payments for the continuation of existing services are not eligible for a refund.
  • Promotional Offers: Services purchased during a promotional period, using a significant discount code, or as part of a special bundle, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
  • Custom Services: Fees for paid migrations, hourly support, or custom development.

4. Usage Violations

No refunds will be issued for accounts that are suspended, cancelled, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts involved in spam, phishing, malware distribution, or other abusive activities.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must:

  1. Submit a cancellation request for the service via your Client Dashboard.
  2. Immediately after cancellation, open a new support ticket in the Billing department requesting the refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the exact time and date of the initial order. Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be honored.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

In cases where issuing a refund to the original payment method is not possible (e.g., certain cryptocurrency payments or closed accounts), CloudGud may opt to provide the refund as account credit at our sole discretion.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor (like PayPal), your account will be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and all associated services for initiating false or unnecessary chargebacks. Please contact our Billing team to resolve billing issues before consulting your bank.
